Spain- Wednesday Seville

The View from our hotel window

The gardens of the Real Alcazar

Wednesday October 13th
Our first real day in Seville. (pronounced "sey-b-a" by the Spanish. Go figure) after a great buffet breakfast in our hotel (and possibly takin some fruit to snack on) we walked two blocks to the "Real Alazar" an old palace made up of many palaces and a huge garden. Thr rest of the day we just wandered through the city with a goal of seeing the Spanish square. On our we saw a few parks, and a market where I bought a dress and Anne bought a skirt. The square was beautiful, it was built for a world fair or something. (my brain can't handle all this knowledge all at once) We also toured the museum of fine arts and costumes before walking back along the river to ou hotel. That evening we donned our new outfits and went to a flamenco show. The show was great (besides some technical gaffes I could have prevented if I ha been working) and we enjoyed tapas and a bottle of wine.
